Stuart has been a lifelong South Jersey resident. He graduated from Collingswood High in 2002. He has a degree in Elementary education from Arcadia University (2006). He has worked in special education since graduation and has worked with all educational levels starting with early intervention up to supervising an adult center for individuals with Cerebral Palsy. He currently resides in Collingswood with his wife Nicole and young family. He looks forward to helping all clients with all of their insurance needs.
